Concierge
The Concierge is available seven days a week to assist Residents in obtaining the services they desire, directing them to appropriate resources as the situation requires. Answers questions regarding the service and amenities, policies and procedures of Fleet Landing community. Maintains literature & other information about services and programs in the greater Jacksonville area. Assists Residents in identifying appropriate resources in the local community and local government. Provides USPS & other mailing services. Maintains the Guest Room reservation calendar.
Bank
Bank of America, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Full Service
Beauty Salon
Tuesday – Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm – Full service: Haircuts, perms, colors, manicures.
Post Office
Monday – Saturday Delivery, Postage available in Mail Room or at the Concierge Desk, Other shipping services available upon request.
Transportation
* Transportation should be scheduled 72 hours in advance.
* Scheduled transportation to shopping centers, malls, events, activities, and medical appointments.
* Continuous internal transportation to the evening meal and Sunday Brunch.
* Private transportation to Airport and train Depot.
