Kinneret operates two fifteen story hi-rise apartment buildings containing 280 apartments for the elderly, 62 years of age or older. Both building were constructed with low interest loans through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. The building are sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando.

Kinneret Apartments overlooks Lake Lucerne in a beautiful historic district near downtown Orlando, Florida. Founded in 1968 by the Jewish community under Federal HUD programs, it provides a safe and secure environment for active retirees.
