Belleair Towers is a small community in Clearwater, Florida, with 56 large, bright suites featuring five floor plans and two elevators. The community is located in a quiet area that is also a no flood/no evacuation zone. Pets are welcome. Rent is all inclusive - heated pool, housekeeping, two delicious, made-from-scratch meals daily, all utilities (except phone and renter’s insurance), weekly linen services, covered parking, an innovative travel program, and scheduled transportation to banking, shopping and medical appointments are all taken care of for you. We have a hot tub, shuffleboard, billiards and computers available for our residents’ enjoyment. We also have emergency call systems and a live-in management team available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
