We are a 48-acre picturesque, wooded campus on the shores of Lake Hunter. Our campus is a charming neighborhood with graceful tree-shaded streets, rolling lawns, and flowering garden nooks. Three-hundred residents live in 115 cottages; 61 independent living apartments, 32 assisted living apartments, and 40 bed state-of-the-art, skilled nursing center.

Florida Presbyterian Homes (FPH) staff takes care and worry out of daily living so that our residents can participate in social, educational, and cultural activities, and can fulfill lifelong dreams. We have 133 staff members devoted to simplifying our residents' lives, and fostering a warm, secure, and caring environment.

No two homes or apartments look alike. Residents bring their own furnishings - many independent living residents even bring their cherished pets. Family and guests are encouraged to visit. They can stay with you in your home, can share meals with you in our dining room, or can even be accommodated in one of four guest rooms that we maintain for family members of residents.

Our campus includes a heated pool with a hot tub, lakeside trails and gardens, two libraries, workshops, fitness facilities, dining rooms, a chapel, and more. We offer many choices of on-site and organized activities. We are also close to a wide array of community resources, and we provide group transportation so that our residents can stay active and involved in the larger community.
