Moultrie Oaks is a family owned and operated 55+ manufactured and mobile home community. You will find us six miles south of the city of St. Augustine, FL, the Nation’s Oldest City, and approximately six miles from the Atlantic Ocean Beaches and intra-coastal waterway, although we are within easy driving distance to the beaches our community is a safe 30 feet above sea level.

Our location in Northeast Florida is a very mild climate compared to other parts of Florida, there are actually three distinct seasons, Spring, a long Summer, and Fall. Winter weather? A few times during January, February and March we get a weather event that resembles winter, with cold temperatures, and sometimes gusty winds, these events last only 72 hours and do not include snow.

Many activities are offered at Moultrie Oaks and between our park activities and the many activities offered in St. Augustine one can be as busy here as they choose to be. There is a heated pool and a state of the art clubhouse where you will find
