* We have recently completed a $4 million dollar remodeling program for our Regency North Residence Building including the grand lobby, interior hallways, dining room, library, lounges and activity rooms. You must see it to believe it.
* You'll receive an uncovered parking space for your personal vehicle. Or, if you'd like to pamper your automobile, you can secure a covered parking space.
* Family visiting from out of town? Reserve one of our beautiful hospitality suites to make your visitor's stay comfortable and convenient. But don't be surprised if they don't want to leave!
* Whether it's an intimate dinner for two or a table of six for friends, our dining rooms have the varied seating choices to accommodate you.
* Got a special occasion to celebrate? Each of our residence buildings has an elegant private dining room which you can reserve for events such as anniversaries, birthdays or visiting relatives or friends.
* What's your game? We have the space for it in our Billiards and Game Room. You can play billiards, bingo, ping pong, bridge, poker, and more.
