Renaissance is located in a peaceful wooded setting in historical Sanford with a pond just a short walk away and beautiful Lake Monroe near-by. A lovely walkway winds around our building with benches and a swing in the shade for rest stops along the way.

A plethora of restaurants and shopping establishments are located just a few minutes drive from Renaissance. Our driver will be happy to take you to your destination or if you prefer, you may drive your own car.

We offer both independent and assisted living here at Renaissance. Our prices are affordable with semi-private apartments starting at $1,400.00 per month. Select a lifestyle that allows you the freedom to enjoy all the special moments of your life to the fullest.

The Renaissance Retirement Center offers both Independent and Assisted Living programs. All of our lovely apartments are licensed therefore there is no need to relocate to another part of our facility if you should need assisted living.

Independent living has all the freedom of being on your own while enjoying the companionship of friendly neighbors and attentive staff. Stay active by bringing your car, volunteering in the community, or joining in our scheduled outings and activities. Enjoy having weekly house cleaning, household maintenance, grounds keeping, transportation around town, and delicious and nutritious meals prepared by our dietary staff. Choose to be as active as you want, doing what you want.

For those who may need assistance with bathing, dressing, medication supervision, or grooming, our Wellness Program is available. We have trained staff on hand to assist 24 hours a day.

Renaissance also offers Respite Care. Respite care is a short-term stay offered for both relatives coming to visit residents or for an individual or couple needing assistance while the full time care giver has time away. If the one providing care for a loved one in the home needs help while going away on a much needed vacation or while tending to business, we are here to provide excellent care during that time.
