Mayflower Retirement Center, Inc. has the mission to provide a quality retirement community which includes continuing life care consisting of basic services, amenities, security, nutrition and health care, all necessary to meet the needs of its residents. The operational philosophy is structured to permit residents to enjoy their retirement years with grace, dignity, independence and security; to ensure that all residents are treated equally; to provide services which meet the physical, spiritual, social and psychological needs of residents; to create an environment which will enrich the lives of people who live and work at The Mayflower; and to operate the facility on a prudent, sound financial basis in accordance with adopted procedures for a not-for-profit corporation.
