About Us
Palm Lake Co-op is a mobile home parks community for active adults, age 55+, who are looking for a gated retirement setting. Purchased in 1986, the Co-op is owned and operated by its residents, who wanted affordable quality living that is safe and secure. Palm Lake Co-op is that place!
With over 900 sites in our mobile home parks community, we are large enough to offer a multitude of luxurious amenities that a smaller mobile home parks community cannot. Besides the regularly planned social events and several sporting leagues, we offer three clubhouses, each with a swimming pool and whirlpool spa. We even have our very own fresh water lake that is well stocked for the fishermen (and women) in our mobile home parks community.
We are conveniently located in the heart of Palm Beach County between Exit #76 of I-95 and the Veterans Administration (VA) Hospital. There is easy access to all the local entertainment and activities for which south Florida is famous, including several PGA challenge-level golf courses. Many of our residents find the myriad of activities at Palm Lake Co-op keep them busy - within walking distance of home. For those who enjoy their leisure, however, Palm Lake Co-op also is a quiet sanctuary.
