We are conveniently located in a peaceful, residential area of Tampa, Florida close to shopping, churches, banks and public transportation. We are also within driving distance to major Florida attractions, gulf beaches and local golf courses. Our gated community offers a tranquil seclusion that eliminates traffic and noise.
Rocky Creek Retirement Village offers a variety of private accommodations and services for active seniors and retirees, as well as, those who may need supportive care. We are licensed by the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration as an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) and have an Extended Congregate Care license # 5227. Our newest program, Respite Care, provides caregivers the temporary relief from tasks associated with caregiving. The Respite program specifically allows for an individual to have a prearranged short-term stay at Rocky Creek Village.
We are Section 8 approved, accepting vouchers from both the City of Tampa and Hillsborough County.We are an approved VA Residential Care Facility and accept VA contracts for payment of care, as well as, Private Pay with combinations of Managed Care Diversion Program, Medicaid Waiver, MD Medicare Choice and Long Term Health Insurance. We take a holistic approach to aging providing for the physical, spiritual and social needs of our residents.
