Your one-time, refundable entrance fee and monthly service fee provide access to on-site health care within the comforts of our senior living community. The Inn is designed to maximize each resident’s independence throughout all of life’s stages.

The Inn – Should you ever need a little extra assistance or support, The Inn at University Village offers on-site assisted living in a relaxed apartment home. Whether it is a friendly reminder to take medication or a helping hand to and from the dining room, our courteous senior living community staff is always there to help you live as independently as possible.

When it comes to skilled and long-term care nursing programs, The Inn at University Village offers an interdisciplinary approach to wellness within a setting that promotes socialization and preserves dignity. Our highly trained team of health care professionals work together to design carefully orchestrated programs that maximize each resident’s independence and health.
